The database features indexing and abstracts for journal articles, monographs, multi-author works, and software related to Old Testament studies. Old Testament Abstracts Online is a product of a partnership between ATLA and the Catholic Biblical Association. For help using the ATLA series of databases, please see this helpful Libguide. RTS graduates are also eligible for the ATLA/S for ALUM program and must contact their library for alumni login details. Currently, researchers are able to use ATLA Serials as a search tool to retrieve images of the pages in more than fifty different journals, which includes more than 100,000 entries (including articles and book reviews). Users can read articles or research the history of a topic from 1949 to the present. ATLA/S is a full-text online collection of major religion and theology journals selected by leading religion scholars and theologians. Over 1,500 journal titles are currently indexed. The more than 1,315,000 records in the ATLA Religion Database include journal articles, essays from multi-author works, and book reviews. It is the premier index to journal articles, book reviews, and collections of essays in all fields of religion. To receive instructions for accessing this database, please contact the campus library where you graduated. RTS ALUMNI: If you are an RTS Alumni you have access to the ATLA/S for Alumni database. If you are an Orlando MAC student, please contact for those credentials. If you are a Jackson MAC student, please call 60 or contact for those credentials. MAC STUDENTS: The Psychology and Behavioral Science Collection and PsycArticles databases require a separate set of login credentials to access remotely. The one exception is remote access to the Psychology and Behavioral Science Collection and PsycArticles databases (see below.) LOGIN: When you are required to login to access these databases, your login credentials are the same as your Self-Service user id and password.
